| 2011 October News Update Greetings Highlanders! This will be my last entry in the newsletter as your president. I wish to thank all of you for putting up with me for the last four-plus years. Most of all, the other officers. Without their help, nothing would have gotten done. I will be leaving the office, but not our club. I will remain active and do what I can to help the club. I know we will continue to grow and I look ahead to good things happening for us. As I write this, I can see the trees turning colors. I can hear the geese calling as they are getting ready to head south and every morning I can smell fall in the air. I guess our riding season is just about over for another year, but we still have a few activities left so won’t you join us and enjoy your club for the wrap up of this year? Don’t forget, we will be having elections at the October meeting. Hope to see you there! Ride Safe, Ride Smart - Bud Bradford, President P.S. People have been sending me their dues payments and I just want to remind everyone that dues are a straight $15 as of 2 years ago, NOT $10 or $20. (We no longer have a separate rate for single person membership and family, — I know there are a lot of old forms floating around out there. Also, please send payments to: Parrish Highlanders, P.O. Box 23, Gleason, WI 54435. Thanks!
